Kotori examined the company’s current processes and policies for day-to-day operations and then addressed these challenges from the ground up.
We built and configured a central server (with remote data backup) to house the company’s important information and altered daily processes to ensure that all new documents are added to this server, where they may be accessed by all employees. This change enabled staff to manage events and share resources more easily. We also set up mobility options for the owner, giving him access to company information through any computer with internet access, including his phone.
We reenergized their marketing efforts by redesigning the website to reflect the company’s marketing strategy; for example, we made the website their primary sales contact tool. We advised marketing personnel to review sales materials and the website side by side, to assure consistency (a powerful indicator of professionalism). Finally, we optimized the website for search engines such as Google and Yahoo, in order to increase web presence.
At the company’s physical location, we installed an online camera system to record any potential product loss – an effective loss deterrent. |
