The Wyatt Firm (CPA and Tax Attorney)

Challenge:

The Wyatt Firm had old computers, dial up internet connection, and was not able to send emails efficiently. They were using an AOL account for email and internet access. It presented an unprofessional image to clients. There was only one email account for all individuals in the office. Data was saved on several computers that were not centrally located. There was no data backup plan and they could not get tax form information quickly, they had to wait on mailings from the IRS. The scheduling system was only accessible from one location and was difficult to manage. There was no account security for data.

Solution:

Kotori Technologies, LLC installed file and database servers and setup a broadband internet connection. They also installed Microsoft Exchange for email, scheduling, contact management and task management. They setup remote workplace which allows employees to connect to their desktops from home. This allowed the owner to work from anywhere when needed. They also set up client for remote backup to allow for secure offsite backups.
