Kotori Technologies, LLC is now offering limited support for Entourage 2004.   (This setup guide should be similar for Entourage X with the patch for Microsoft Exchange - available at www.microsoft.com/mac).  Due to technical issues and inability to remotely troubleshoot connectivity issues on Macintosh based computers, we cannot guarantee 99.5% uptime for users of Entourage.  Also some users of Entourage X may also have difficulty using it with an Exchange hosting provider like Kotori Exchange.

1. Open Entourage 2004 and go to "TOOLS" and "ACCOUNTS".

2. Click on the "Exchange" tab and select "New".

3. Click configure account manually

4. For the account name type "Kotori Exchange"

5. For Account Id type your username

6. For Account Password - enter your password.

7. For Exchange Server enter https://owa.mse4.exchange.ms/exchange

8. For name - enter in your full or "display" name as you wish your outgoing messages to appear from.

9. For email address, enter your primary email address for Kotori Exchange.

10. Next, click on the Directory tab and for LDAP server type:
mail.mse4.exchange.ms

For Search Base type: dc=mse4,dc=exchange,dc=ms

Then hit the "Click here for advanced options" button and put a check mark next to the box that says: "This server requires me to logon"

11.  Click on Advanced tab and for the For public folder server, type:

mail.mse4.exchange.ms/public

IMPORTANT:  Check "DAV service requires secure connection SSL"

12.  Click OK to finish.
